How long will it take to arrive?
We pack by hand in 2–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 7–14 business days to the United States and 10–25 business days to the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Tracking comes by email the moment it ships.
Is there anything to pay when it arrives?
No. Import duties and taxes are included, and there is nothing to pay on delivery. If a destination cannot be shipped duty-paid, we email you before we dispatch.
Will they see what I paid?
No. No receipt or price is inside the box.
What if it isn’t right?
Email us within 35 days of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund. If sending it back would cost more than the item is worth, we will refund you and you can keep it.
