Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, and expedited shipping 3–7 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees — customs clearance or carrier delays can add time.
We ship internationally from our studio in Shenzhen, China. If you are able to enter your address at checkout, we can deliver there.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose, so you will always see the exact cost before you pay.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by your local government are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in our shipping cost.
You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
Items must be unused, with their original tags and original packaging intact. We are not able to accept pieces showing obvious wear, marks, or damaged packaging.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. Once we have verified it, we will arrange a replacement or a partial refund.
Final-sale and clearance items, personalised or custom-made pieces, gift cards and digital products cannot be returned. Hygiene-related goods are also excluded once opened.

Yes. Our palm stones and bracelets are made from natural stone, selected and hand-polished piece by piece.
Because it is natural stone. Colour, banding and small inclusions vary from piece to piece — that variation is what makes yours yours, not a flaw.
Start from the feeling rather than the product. Every piece is grouped by the emotion it was made for — grief, anger, overwhelm, loneliness, confusion or fatigue — so you can begin wherever you actually are.
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Natural stone does not like harsh chemicals or long soaks, and it can chip if dropped on a hard floor — it is happiest in a pocket, a bag, or your palm.
