Shipping & Return Policy

All gift sets ship free within the United States, always — no minimum.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. A small number of larger pieces are quoted individually and don't count toward the $75 threshold.

Every piece is checked and packed by hand before it leaves our studio. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch — typically 9–18 business days from order to delivery.

Other destinations: usually 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local carrier. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

We ship from our studio in Shenzhen, China to most destinations worldwide. Available destinations appear automatically at checkout once you enter your shipping address — if your country is listed, we can deliver to you, and the exact rate is shown before you pay.

For regulatory reasons we're currently unable to accept orders destined for the European Union (including Northern Ireland) or the United Kingdom. We're working on it — if you're in one of these regions, email us and we'll let you know as soon as it opens. Everywhere else, you're welcome to order.

Wherever possible we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so duties and taxes are prepaid and there is nothing to pay when your package arrives. On the rare occasion a destination doesn't support DDP, we'll email you before we dispatch — you'll never be handed an unexpected bill by the courier.

Delivery estimates are given in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. While most orders arrive within the window above, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees — customs clearance, weather and peak-season carrier volumes can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

We'll email you as soon as we know, with a revised date. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. And if it still hasn't arrived within 45 days of dispatch, contact us — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll correct it before dispatch. We can't redirect a package once it's on its way.

We want you to feel good about what arrives. If something isn't right, email us at rslckj@outlook.com within 35 days of delivery and we'll make it right. If your return is a few days past that window, reach out anyway — we'll usually find a way to help.

Include your order number and, if you can, a photo of what you received — a picture helps us understand quickly and usually speeds things up. Tell us in your own words what happened.

Once we've looked into what happened, we'll offer the solution that fits — usually one of the following:

• sending you a replacement, free of charge
• a partial refund, if you'd like to keep the item
• a full refund

If the problem is ours — your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered — we'll put it right at no cost to you, and in most cases we won't ask you to send anything back.

If you've simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return an unused item in its original packaging within 35 days. In that case return shipping is at your expense, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable.

If sending it back would cost more than the item is worth — which is often true for our smaller pieces — we'll simply refund you and let you keep the item or pass it on. Nothing to ship either way.

We reply to every message within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Once we've agreed on a refund, it's issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

These are our priority. Contact us within 35 days with a photo, and we'll take care of it straight away.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of dispatch, tell us — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of your own country. For example, customers in Australia keep the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — including a replacement or refund where a product has a major failure — and customers in New Zealand keep their rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where the law where you live gives you something this policy doesn't mention, that law applies.

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We answer within 24 hours, and almost everything is faster and easier to sort out directly with us.
