When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (for delivery), and payment information. We only ask for what the order requires.

We only send marketing emails if you've subscribed. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour it immediately. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial use without your consent.

When you accept cookies on our site, we share limited measurement data with Google to understand whether our ads are helpful. This may include your order value and — converted into an unreadable, hashed form before it leaves your browser — your email address. This helps us measure whether an ad led to a purchase, without Google ever seeing the original details. We never share your payment information or full shipping address for advertising purposes.

All payment information is transmitted over an SSL-encrypted connection. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to the standard expected of an online store.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, at any time — just email us at hello@risuni.com.

If you'd like your account or personal data removed, email us and we'll delete what we can — keeping only the records we're legally required to retain for completed orders.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site functioning (such as remembering your cart), to understand performance, and — with your consent — to measure how our ads perform. Visitors in the EU and UK see a cookie banner to set these preferences; everyone else can manage cookies in the browser, or email us to opt out of measurement.
