We sell objects, not outcomes. This page is the whole deal — what we make, how we ship, what we promise, and what we deliberately refuse to claim.

What we do not claim
A lot of shops in this space will tell you a stone will change how you feel. We will not, for two reasons: it is not honest, and you do not need to be sold to that way.
We do not make claims about what a piece will do for your body or your mind.
We do not dress anything up with promises we cannot keep.
We will tell you what a piece is made of, how it is finished, how it feels in the hand, and what it looks like.
Anything beyond that — what it means to you — is yours to decide, not ours to promise.
If you need support beyond this, please talk to a doctor or someone you trust. These are objects. That is all.
What things are actually made of
Natural stone
Real material, cut and polished. Colour, marking and weight vary between pieces — that is the stone, not a defect.
African Padauk
The reddish hardwood used in our combs and desk pieces. Oiled, not lacquered.
Brass and steel
Used in the sound pieces. Tuned by hand before packing.
Photographed honestly
Product photos are of the real items, shot in our studio. No borrowed stock images.
Shipping, plainly
Packing time: 2–4 business days, by hand, from our studio.
United States: about 7–14 days after dispatch.
United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: about 10–25 days after dispatch.
Cost: free over $75. Under that, $5.95 flat. Remote areas $9.95. Gift boxes always ship free.
Duties: included in the price. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Where we deliver: United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Returns, plainly
35 days from delivery to tell us something is not right.
If we got it wrong — wrong item, arrived damaged — we cover the return and replace or refund it.
If you simply changed your mind — return it in original condition and we refund the item. Return postage is yours.
Refund timing: issued on arrival back with us, and visible in your account within 5–10 business days.
Earrings and opened personal items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Your data
We collect what is needed to send your order and answer your messages. Nothing more.
We do not sell your details. Ever.
Payment is handled by PayPal — we never see or store your card number.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us.
